While we may not be on site this month, things are far from quiet behind the scenes at Christie Developments.
Over the past couple of months, we’ve been busy doing the groundwork that’s just as important as bricks and mortar – sourcing new opportunities and progressing planning applications. We’re excited to share that we’ve now submitted two new sites for planning:
- One application for a high-spec 8-bed HMO, perfect for modern co-living.
- Another for five brand-new dwellings, continuing our focus on quality residential development.
These represent the next phase for us – bigger ideas, bold design, and a continued commitment to thoughtful, well-executed builds.
