Since our establishment, we’ve gone from strength to strength, with a growing portfolio of successful projects. We specialise in new-build developments, creating modern, energy-efficient homes tailored to today’s lifestyles.

Our roots, however, are firmly grounded in a diverse background that includes property renovations, refurbishments, and office-to-residential conversions.

Director, Operations & Business Management

With over 30 years of experience running a successful hard and soft landscaping business, Stewart brings a wealth of practical knowledge and commercial insight to Christie Developments. His former company grew to an impressive £8 million annual turnover before being sold a few years ago, allowing Stewart to shift his focus toward property development.

At Christie Developments, Stewart leads the strategic direction of the business. He oversees operations and business management, ensuring every project runs efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. His deep understanding of construction processes, site management, and business strategy plays a crucial role in driving the company forward.

Cara Christie

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Christie Developments, Cara has a hands-on approach to every stage of the development process and oversees the day-to-day operations. From sourcing development sites and materials to liaising with stakeholders and overseeing project management, she plays a central role in bringing each project to life.

Cara holds an undergraduate degree in Geography and is currently completing her Master’s in Construction Management—further strengthening her technical knowledge and leadership within the industry. Her academic background, combined with real-world experience, gives her a strong foundation in both the environmental and practical aspects of property development.

Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality design, Cara is committed to growing Christie Developments with integrity, innovation, and a deep respect for the communities they serve.
